Instructions
- Chop 2 cups of fresh watermelon and hull 1 cup of strawberries. Squeeze the juice of half a lime and gather a handful of mint leaves.
- Add the watermelon, strawberries, lime juice, mint leaves, and a cup of ice to your blender. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a touch of honey or agave syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint or an edible lime straw for a fun twist.
Notes
For a protein boost, add unflavored protein powder. To keep it vegan, use agave syrup instead of honey.
