- 1/4 cup diced dragon fruit
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Pinch of pitaya powder
- Ice
- Lime sparkling water
Instructions
- In a shaker, add diced dragon fruit, mint leaves, and honey.
- Gently muddle until the juices release.
- Add lime juice, pitaya powder, and ice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with lime sparkling water and garnish with a mint sprig and dragon fruit slice.
Notes
For a tropical twist, replace lime sparkling water with coconut water and add a splash of pineapple juice. You can also add a slice of muddled jalapeño for a spicy kick.
