Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach (or kale)

  • 1½ cups frozen mango or pineapple

  • ½ banana

  • 1½ cups coconut milk (or almond milk or coconut water)

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tablespoon flaxseed or chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients
Measure out all ingredients, including optional add-ins like protein powder or seeds.

  2. Add to Blender
Pour the coconut milk into the blender first. Then add spinach or kale, frozen fruit, shredded coconut, lime juice, and any extras.

  3. Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high for 1–2 minutes. Start on a low speed, gradually increasing until fully smooth.

  4. Taste and Adjust
If it’s too thick, add more coconut milk. For extra sweetness, add a bit of honey or more banana.

  5. Serve and Enjoy
Pour into a mason jar or to-go cup. Garnish with coconut flakes or pineapple chunks if desired.
