Instructions
- Add liquids first – Pour milk and yogurt into the blender.
- Add fruits next – Toss in the strawberries and peaches.
- Blend until smooth – Start on a low speed, then gradually increase to high for about 30-60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust – Add more milk if too thick or more honey if sweeter is desired.
