2–3 ripe strawberries (plus extra for garnish)

2 oz vodka (regular or strawberry vodka for extra berry flavor)

½ oz fresh lime juice (about half a lime)

4 oz ginger beer (spicy and well-chilled)

Instructions
- Muddle: Place sliced strawberries in the bottom of your copper mug or glass. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash until juicy.
- Add Vodka & Lime: Pour in the vodka and squeeze in the fresh lime juice. Stir to blend.
- Fill with Ice: Add ice cubes to the top.
- Top with Ginger Beer: Slowly pour ginger beer over the ice to keep it fizzy.
- Stir & Garnish: Gently stir, then garnish with a mint sprig and extra strawberry slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply skip the vodka or swap with sparkling water.
- Make it your own: Use raspberries or blackberries, or add a splash of orange liqueur for a twist.
