  • Author: RAHCID elouafi
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: Approx. 16 oz smoothie (1 large glass or 2 small servings)

Description

This Strawberry Blueberry Banana Smoothie is a naturally sweet, creamy blend loaded with fruit, fiber, and antioxidants. It’s quick to make, easy to customize, and perfect for breakfast, snack time, or post-workout refreshment. Vegan and dairy-free options included!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

  • ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • A few ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to the blender first.

  2. Add banana, strawberries, and blueberries.

  3. Spoon in yogurt and drizzle honey if using.

  4. Add ice cubes if your fruit isn’t frozen.

  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.

  6. Adjust consistency with more milk or fruit as needed.

  7. Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use all frozen fruit.

  • Make it vegan by using a dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup.

  • Add chia seeds or flax for extra fiber and omega-3s.

  • Great as a smoothie bowl base—just reduce the milk and top with granola.
