- ½ cup fresh pineapple juice
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 small jalapeño (thinly sliced, seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- ½ cup ginger beer or club soda
- Tajín or chili powder (for rim)
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge & lime slice (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rim the Glass – Run a lime wedge around the rim, then dip it in Tajín or chili powder.
- Muddle the Heat – In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices with honey (or agave) and lime juice.
- Add the Base – Pour in fresh pineapple juice and shake well.
- Strain & Serve – Strain into a Tajín-rimmed glass filled with ice.
- Add Fizz – Top with ginger beer (for a stronger kick) or club soda (for a milder version).
- Garnish & Enjoy – Add a pineapple wedge or lime slice for the final touch.
Notes
Let the jalapeños infuse longer for a spicier twist. Use fresh juice for the best flavor.
