Ingredients

- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 6–8 mint leaves
- 1 cup soda water or ginger ale
- Non-alcoholic rum to taste (optional)
- Sweetener to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your glass by adding lime wedges and your chosen sweetener.
- Muddle the ingredients to release lime juice.
- Pour in the pomegranate juice.
- Clap mint leaves to release fragrance and add them to the glass; gently press with the muddler.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Top with soda water or ginger ale.
- Stir well to combine flavors.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, mint sprig, and lime wedge.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for brightness. Honey works wonderfully if you prefer a sweeter drink.
