Glass of pineapple mango juice with ice, garnished with mint and pineapple, on a sunny tropical background.

Pineapple Mango Juice

This Pineapple Mango Juice is a tropical blend of juicy pineapple, creamy mango, and a splash of lemon—naturally sweet, vibrant, and hydrating. Made with just 5 ingredients in 5 minutes, it’s perfect for hot days, light brunches, or a refreshing mid-afternoon boost. No added sugar, no stress—just sunshine in a glass.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple

  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water

  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruit: Wash, peel, and chop the pineapple and mango into chunks. Juice the lemon if using.

  2. Blend ingredients: In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, mango, coconut water (or plain water), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain (optional): For a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.

  4. Serve: Pour into glasses over ice and enjoy immediately. Garnish with mint, lime, or pineapple slices if desired.

Notes

  • Chill fruit ahead of time to skip using ice.

  • Add a pinch of turmeric or fresh ginger for a wellness boost.

  • For a smoothie-style drink, reduce the water and skip straining.

  • Store leftovers in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 48 hours; shake before serving.
