Instructions
- Boil water – Heat 1 cup of water to about 200°F (93°C).
- Prepare the peppermint leaves – Lightly crush fresh leaves or use dried ones.
- Steep the tea – Pour hot water over the leaves and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain and serve – Remove the leaves, pour into a cup, and enjoy!
- Customize – Add honey for sweetness, lemon for a citrusy boost, or ginger for warmth.
