Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried orange peel (without the white pith)
- 200ml hot water
- 1 small cinnamon stick (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- Ice cubes and fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water and pour it over the orange peels in a cup.
- Cover and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- If using cinnamon or ginger, add them before pouring in the boiling water and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy warm or served over ice with honey and mint if desired.
Notes
For stronger flavor, let the peels steep a bit longer. Always remove the white pith to avoid bitterness.
