Instructions
- Choose ripe mangoes, wash and peel them, then slice around the seed to obtain the flesh.
- Add the mango flesh to a blender along with the water (or your chosen liquid).
- Optional: Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve for a smoother texture.
- Optional: If desired, add honey or sugar and lime juice to taste, and blend again.
- Pour the juice into a glass, add ice, and enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Avoid overripe or unripe fruit. Frozen mango chunks can be used as a time-saving alternative. Serve fresh for the best taste.
