  • 1 oz cold water or sparkling water (optional for fizz)

  • Ice cubes

  • Coarse salt or Tajín, for rimming the glass

  • Lime slices or mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass – Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita or rocks glass, then dip into salt or Tajín to coat.

  2. Combine liquids – Add lime juice, lemon juice, sweetener, and water to a cocktail shaker or mason jar.

  3. Add ice – Fill the shaker two-thirds with ice.

  4. Shake – Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the drink is well chilled.

  5. Strain & pour – Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.

  6. Garnish & serve – Top with a lime wheel or mint sprig and enjoy immediately.
