Lemon Balm Tea

A soothing, caffeine-free herbal tea made from fresh or dried lemon balm leaves, perfect for relaxation and digestion.

Ingredients

  • 20 fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tbsp dried)
  • 1 quart purified water
  • Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water until just before boiling.
  2. Pour it over the lemon balm leaves in a teapot or cup.
  3. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes (longer for a stronger flavor).
  4. Strain and enjoy warm. Add honey or lemon if desired!

Notes

For a variation, add mint for extra refreshment or chamomile for better sleep.
