Ingredients

- 20 fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tbsp dried)
- 1 quart purified water
- Honey or lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the water until just before boiling.
- Pour it over the lemon balm leaves in a teapot or cup.
- Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes (longer for a stronger flavor).
- Strain and enjoy warm. Add honey or lemon if desired!
Notes
For a variation, add mint for extra refreshment or chamomile for better sleep.
