Jetty Punch Tropical Smoothie

  • Author: RAHCID elouafi
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: About 16 oz (1 large smoothie)

Description

This Jetty Punch Tropical Smoothie is a refreshing, fruity blend of banana and strawberries with just a touch of sweetness. Inspired by the popular drink from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, it’s creamy, vibrant, and made with only four simple ingredients. It’s naturally dairy-free, easy to whip up in minutes, and ideal for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a refreshing afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)

  • 12 cups of ice

  • Optional: 1 packet of Truvia or 1 tsp honey (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add the banana, strawberries, agave syrup, and optional sweetener to a blender.

  2. Pour in 1 to 2 cups of ice, depending on your desired thickness.

  3. Blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed until the mixture is smooth (about 30–60 seconds).

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add a splash of water or almond milk if it’s too thick.

  5. Serve immediately in a tall glass or smoothie cup. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries to skip some ice and get a thicker texture.

  • Want more protein? Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or Greek yogurt (if not vegan).

  • For an island twist, toss in a few chunks of mango or pineapple.

  • Makes great smoothie pops—just freeze leftovers in molds.
