Jetty Punch Smoothie (Copycat Tropical Smoothie Café)

Bring home the sunshine with this easy, fruity jetty punch smoothie—a copycat of the famous Tropical Smoothie Café classic! Made with just four real ingredients (strawberries, banana, sweetener, and ice), this creamy pink drink is naturally vegan, gluten-free, and always a hit with kids and adults alike. It’s packed with vitamin C and potassium, ready in just 5 minutes, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy treat. One sip and you’ll see why jetty punch is a favorite!

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: About 16 ounces (2 cups)

Ingredients

    • 1 ripe banana

    • 10 fresh or frozen strawberries

    • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey (or Truvia for fewer calories)

    • 12 cups ice

    • (Optional) Splash of water or coconut milk if needed for blending

Instructions

  1. Peel and break the banana into chunks. Add to blender.

  2. Add strawberries, sweetener, and 1 cup ice.

  3. Blend on low, then high, until completely smooth and creamy.

  4. Check consistency. If too thick, add a splash of water or coconut milk; if too thin, add more ice or frozen strawberries.

  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  6. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use all frozen fruit.

  • Turn leftovers into popsicles for a cool snack.

  • For extra nutrition, add a scoop of protein powder or a handful of spinach (it won’t affect the flavor).

  • Adjust sweetness to taste based on your fruit ripeness.

  • Want a fun twist? Try a dollop of yogurt or a sprinkle of granola on top for a smoothie bowl vibe.
