Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons agar-agar powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional, for topping)
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the brewed coffee, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle the agar-agar powder over the mixture and stir well. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with heavy cream and drizzled with sweetened condensed milk.
Notes
Brew your coffee the night before for a smoother flavor. If the jelly doesn’t set, add more agar-agar and refrigerate again.
