Ginger Turmeric Immunity-Boosting Wellness Shot & Tea

This powerful immunity-boosting recipe gives you two vibrant options — a wellness shot or a warming tea — both made with real ingredients like ginger, turmeric, and lemon. Ingredients

  • 2-inch knob fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or 1-inch fresh turmeric root

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

For the Wellness Shot:

  1. Peel the ginger and turmeric (if using fresh).

  2. Juice the lemon and set aside.

  3. Add ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and water to a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a small glass or jar.

  6. Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

For the Wellness Tea:

 

  1. Boil water in a small pot.

  2. Add grated ginger, turmeric (root or powder), and lemon juice.

  3. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

  4. Strain into a mug and stir in honey to taste.

  5. Sip warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add a splash of orange juice or extra water if the shot is too spicy.

  • Refrigerate leftovers and shake before drinking.
