Ingredients

  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of coconut water to the blender.
  2. Include 1 orange, segmented, and 1/2 cup of mixed berries.
  3. Incorporate 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and a small piece of fresh ginger.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy immediately!
