- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of coconut water to the blender.
- Include 1 orange, segmented, and 1/2 cup of mixed berries.
- Incorporate 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and a small piece of fresh ginger.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a tropical variation, substitute the berries with mango or pineapple.
