Ingredients

- ½ teaspoon of grated fresh ginger (or ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder)
- ½ teaspoon of grated fresh turmeric (or ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder)
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of honey or lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
- Add the ginger and turmeric, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon, if desired.
- Stir well and enjoy warm!
