Ingredients

1 tbsp fresh ginger root, grated

Instructions

Peel and grate the ginger and turmeric. Squeeze the lemon.

Add all ingredients (ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, black pepper, honey, and water) to a blender.

Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth.

Strain using a mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass.
