Ingredients
✔ 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
✔ ¾ cup liquid (milk, almond milk, oat milk, or juice)
✔ 1 banana (or 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup)
Optional Add-ins:
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (for added flavor)
Instructions
1️⃣ Pour the liquid into the blender first – This helps blend the ingredients smoothly.
2️⃣ Add the strawberries – If using fresh, rinse and hull them. If using frozen, no need to thaw.
3️⃣ Include the banana (or sweetener) – This enhances natural sweetness and adds creaminess.
4️⃣ Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds – Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
