Ingredients

  • 1 cup of kale
  • ½ cup of pineapple chunks

  • ½ banana

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach, kale, and coconut water (or almond milk) until smooth.
  2. Add pineapple, mango, banana, and ginger, then blend until creamy.
  3. If too thick, add more coconut water. For extra sweetness, drizzle in honey or agave syrup.
