Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Mix the base: In a glass or mug, combine apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey/maple syrup (if using).

  3. Add water: Pour in 1 cup room-temperature or warm water; whisk or stir until fully blended.
