Description

This Blackberry Mojito Mocktail is the perfect non-alcoholic refreshment—packed with fresh blackberries, mint, lime juice, and fizzy club soda. It’s sweet, tart, and ultra-refreshing, making it ideal for summer parties, baby showers, or healthy happy hours.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh blackberries

  • 810 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water

  • Crushed ice

  • Optional: blackberry syrup for deeper flavor

  • Garnish: whole blackberries, lime slices, mint sprig

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the blackberries, mint, and sugar (or honey) until juicy and fragrant.

  2. Add the fresh lime juice and stir to combine.

  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

  4. Slowly top with club soda or sparkling water.

  5. Stir gently and garnish with lime, mint, or additional blackberries.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • To make a large batch: multiply ingredients and mix the muddled base ahead. Add soda and ice just before serving.

  • For a twist, try adding a splash of ginger beer or coconut water.

  • Freeze the base in ice cube trays and use in sparkling water for a quick refresher.
