The Best Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri

A refreshing twist on the classic daiquiri, this virgin version is perfect for any occasion, bursting with strawberry goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or your sweetener of choice
  • 60 milliliters non-alcoholic rum or a couple of drops of bitters (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss the frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, lime juice, maple syrup, and non-alcoholic rum into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend everything together until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash (about 1/4 cup) of water.
  4. Blend again and test it out. Keep adding water slowly until you reach your desired texture.
  5. Taste it! If you want it sweeter or zestier, throw in a bit more sweetener or lime juice, and blend once more.
  6. Pour it into a glass, and garnish with fresh strawberries and a slice of lime.

Notes

For best results, prep and freeze strawberries in advance. Adjust sweetness and tartness to personal preference.
