Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 small banana
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of turmeric powder or a slice of pineapple.
Notes
For added protein, include a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
